Each month the Edible Canada culinary team will feature a different province or territory, flying in award winning Chefs specifically chosen for their contribution to shaping Canada’s culinary landscape.
The 2015 Coast-to-Coast dinner series will be kicking off on February 2nd with the Yukon, a territory often underestimated for its culinary glamour.
Special guests at the Yukon dinner will include Chef and Author Miche Genest, Chef Carson Schiffkorn and Trapper Teena Dickson.
